Kate is an expert florist and specialty flower farmer at Field Flowers, curating innovative installations through the use of plants. Breonna is a creative, a ceramisist, and a designer with a keen sense of warmth and welcome. Their eye for details is astounding, a tablecloth a quarter inch out of place, a petal even slightly askew would not go unnoticed. Together the two create dynamic, vibrant, and groundbreaking dining experiences. They are excpetionally passionate about their art, we are consistently awestruck by everything they do!
Latigo Farm is a small-scale market garden & community oriented farm located in Williams, OR. This small family farm prioritizes fun & celebration while growing a wide variety of nutrient dense crops for their close community. They operate a small CSA and sell at the Williams Farmers Market, as well as grow crops for our meals! Latigo Farm is a cherished gathering spot in Williams, a place where friends meet, have a good time, and form memories together.
The vibes are high when the Monday Hub arrives! Dream team Matthew Schultz and Blair Buchan are the brains, muscle, & beauties behind this iconic creative & culinary enterprise, The Monday Hub. They create specialty drinks, craft sodas, cocktails, and serve up local brews. Their offerings are a seamless accompaniment to our meals.
